REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we would love to exchange or refund the product,
provided the following terms and conditions are met:
On-the-Spot Exchanges and Refunds:
You have the option to try on your purchased items while the courier is present.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please do so while the courier is waiting. We accept exchanges and refunds only on the spot.
Once the courier leaves, we will not be able to accept any exchanges or refunds. Please ensure that you inspect and try on your items thoroughly before the courier departs.
Delivery fees have to be paid in all situations.
SALE POLICY:
Due to limited stock, there are no refunds during the sale period.
Packages allowed to be Opend - exchanges are allowed.
